做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
