做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
