做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
