做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
