做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。
