做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
