做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
