做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
