做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
