做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
