做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
