做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
