做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
