做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
