做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
