做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。
