做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
