做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。
