做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
