做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
