做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
