做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
