做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
