做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
