做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
