做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
