做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
