做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
