做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
