做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。
