做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
