做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
