做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
