做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
