做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
