做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
