做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
