做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
