做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
