做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
