做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
