做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
