做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
