做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
