做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
