做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
