做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
