做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
