做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
