做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
